Channa dal Brinjalcurry Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Channa dal Brinjalcurry
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Channa dal Brinjalcurry
Ingredients:
1. Channa dal 1 cup
2. Brinjals 4 - 5 medium sized
3. Onions 2 small
4. Green chilies 4 - 5
5. Tomatoes 2 small
6. Turmeric
7. Chilly powder
8. Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
9. Ginger garlic 1/4 tbsp
10. Oil 4 - 5 tbsp
11. Coriander leaves
12. Water for cooking


Method of Preparation:
Cut brinjals into small pieces and soak channa dal in some water for atleast 10 minutes. Chop onions and cut green chillies and tomatoes and keep aside. Take a kadai and put it on a medium range flame and put oil into it. Add the chopped onions and green chillies and fry. After some time when the onions turn light brown, add tomatoes and fry it until the liquid comes out from the tomatoes.

Add brinjals into the kadai and fry for sometime. Later add the channa dal to it and fry for sometime. Add chilly powder, ginger garlic, garam masala, turmeric and salt to it and fry. After frying add water to it and let it be boiling until very little quantity of water stays and turn off the flame and add coriander leaves to it and mix it well. Serve hot with white rice and also with parathas or any other dishes.
