Method of Preparation:
Wash the dosakaya (cucumber) with water and dry and then remove the skin. Cut it into small pieces. Add avapindi, red chilly powder, salt and oil and mix it with a spoon and leave it for 1 hour. Serve with white rice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can also make it with dondakaya. Just adjust the powders according to your taste. Always add equal quantities of mustard powder, red chilly powder and salt.
For Mustard powder, take mustard seeds and grind it to powder in the grinder, To preserve the powder add little salt to it and store in a bottle. You can use this powder up to 4 - 5 months.
