Indian Cooking Recipe: Katte Pongali
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Katte Pongali
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups rice
2. 1 cup moong dal
3. 1/4 cup ghee
4. 1/4 cup cashew nuts
5. 2 tbsp of pepper
6. 2 tbsp of jeera
7. Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Cook rice and dal together with some salt. Then heat the ghee in a vessel and after it is heated, add pepper, jeera and cashew nuts to it. Add the above to the rice and mix well so that the entire thing is mixed properly. Serve it hot.
