Indian Cooking Recipe: Kumbh Palak Kofta
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Kumbh Palak Kofta
Ingredients:
1. 100 gm mushrooms
2. 200 gm Palak (Spinach), whole leaves
3. 200 gm paneer
4. pinch of kesar
5. 300 gm potatoes
6. 200 gm onions
7. 300 gm fresh tomato puree
8. 3 tsp ginger and garlic paste
9. 1 tsp turmeric
10. 1 tsp red chiili powder
11. 1 tsp garam masala
12. 30 gm khoya
13. salt to taste
14. oil for frying
15. coriander to garnish
Method of Preparation:
Fry the onions, garlic and ginger paste and masalas with the tomato puree. Add the khoya last. Wrap blanched spinach leaves around the mushrooms. Mix the paneer, boiled potatoes and the kesar well. Mould the mixture around spinach and mushrooms into the Koftas. Fry. Cut the Koftas in two and add to the gravy. Garnish and serve.
