Indian Cooking Recipe: Mamidikai Pulihora
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Mamidikai Pulihora
Ingredients:
1. 1 mango
2. Curry leaves
3. Jeera
5. Turmeric powder
6. Green chillies
7. Red chillies
8. Rice 1/2kg
9. Urad dal
10. Channa dal
11. Peanuts
12. Cashewnuts
13. Salt
14. Oil
15. Hing(Asfeotida)
Method of Preparation:
First cook the rice and keep aside. Heat oil then add jeera, red chillies, green chillies, urad dal, channa dal, peanuts, cashewnuts, hing and salt. Then curry leaves, turmeric powder, mamidikai turumu(grated mango). Cook for some time and then add cooked rice and heat for some time. Take out in a bowl, decorate with cashews and peanuts and curry leaves. Serve hot either inthe morning as breakfast or evening with tea.
