Method of Preparation:
Wash and soak the rice for about 15-20minutes. Put the rice on a dry cloth and allow the entire moisture to evaporate. Coarsely grind the rice. Take a heavy bottom vessel add milk and allow to boil, add the rice, sugar, cardamom powder and stir and allow the rice to cook completely and add saffron. Garnish with slivers of blanched almonds and pista. Serve hot or cold.
