Indian Cooking Recipe: Pulla Garelu
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Pulla Garelu
Ingredients:
1. 3 cups rice flour
2. 2 onions
3. 2 green chillies
4. Few leaves of curry leaves
5. 1 tsp jeera
6. 2 cups curd
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil for frying


Method of Preparation:
First take curd and make it sour by keeping it outside from refrigerator. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients (rice flour, cut onions, green chillies, jeera, curry leaves and salt) and add water to make a thick dough. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and make small balls out of it. Then heat oil in a pan. Take the balls into your palm and flatten them like vada and slowly place them into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. Take out them on tissue and press them. Drain the oil. Serve hot with coconut or green chutney.
