Indian Cooking Recipe: Senagapindi Kura
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Senagapindi Kura
Ingredients:
1. 1 big onion chopped
2. 1/2 tbsp besan
3. 1/2 tsp jeera
4. 1 tsp mustard seeds
5. 1 tsp urad dal
6. 2 red chillies (cut into half)
7. A pinch of hing
8. 1 tsp garam masala
9. A pinch of turmeric powder
10. Salt to taste
11. Curry leaves
12. Cilantro
13. 2 tsp of oil
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies and hing. When seeds splatter, add chopped onion, salt and turmeric to it and fry until soft on slow medium flame. Then add little water to it and cover it for few minutes until onion cooks, add garam masala and mix well and cover it. Let it cook for 2 mins. Take besan in small bowl add a little water to it, mix well without any lumps then add besan water to the curry and mix well. Let it cook for another 2 mins, add curry leaves and cilantro. Serve hot wih puri or chapathi.
