Indian Cooking Recipe: Ullipaya Pakodi Curry
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Ullipaya Pakodi Curry
Ingredients:
1. Besan
2. Rice Flour
3. Greenchillies
4. Jeera (cumin seeds)
5. Coriander leaves
6. Salt
7. Turmeric
8. Hing
9. Turmeric
10. Rai(Mustard seeds)
11. Channa dal
12. Tamarind
13. Urad dal
14. Salt
Method of Preparation:
Take 1 cup of besan and 2 cup of rice flour. Mix all above ingredients with some water and make pakodi dough. Boil oil in pan and put small ball of dough in it and fry until it is golden as we make bhaji repeat same procedure until dough is completed.
To make curry, take another pan and add some oil. Put hing, mustard seeds (wait until it splutter), a little channa dal, jeera, urad dal and turmeric. Put all the bujji in it and add tamarind juice. Put the lid on it wait until bhaji becomes a little soft. Serve with rice and ghee.
