Indian Cooking Recipe: Cholar Dal
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Cholar Dal
Ingredients:
1. 250 Gms chholar daal
2. 3-4 table spoon oil
a. table spoon jeera
3. 1/2 table spoon grated ginger
4. 4-5 tejpatta
5. Chopped green chillies
6. 1/2 cup grated coconut
7. 1/2 table spoon turmeric
a. table spoon sugar
8. Hing (asafetida)


Method of Preparation:
Boil 250 Gms of chholar daal in 2 cups of water. Heat oil in pan. Add hing, jeere, tejpata, grated ginger, chopped chilles, grated coconut, salt, sugar, turmeric and fry for sometime. Pour the boiled daal in the pan. Cook for sometime. Serve hot
