Indian Cooking Recipe: Fruit Chutney
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Fruit Chutney
Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes Ripe & Large 2 No
2. Water 1 Cup
3. Sugar 2 Cups
4. Mixed Fresh Fruits 1 Cup
5. Apples, Banana, Pineapple, Mango, Berries, Pears Etc
6. Vanilla Essence 1/2 Tsp.
7. Garnish: 8. Cashew Nuts few
9. Butter/Ghee 1 Tsp


Method of Preparation:
Puree Tomatoes to a smooth Paste adding water. Wash Peel and dice the fruits to small Pieces. Add tomato Puree, fruits, sugar and cook till raw smell of tomato disappears. After the fruits gets cooked and comes to a thick consistency, Mix the essence. Heat the Butter in another small pan and fry the cashew pieces and mix with fruits.
