Indian Cooking Recipe: Chicken Cafreal

Ingredients:
a. chicken (750 g)
b. level teaspoons salt
c. sour line
2. 35 small dry white chillies
a. green chillies
b. peppercorns
3. 25 flakes garlic
a. inch piece ginger
4. Sufficient oil to deep fry the chicken
Method of Preparation:
Apply salt and sour lime juice to the chicken. The chicken should be cut into pieces before marinating. Grind all the chillies, peppercorns, garlic, and ginger to a fine paste and apply onto the chicken. Allow it to marinade for 7 to 8 hours. Deep fry and serve hot with a salad
