Indian Cooking Recipe: Khoya Kaju Masala
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Khoya Kaju Masala
Ingredients:
a. table spoons oil
2. A small piece of ginger
a. green chilies
3. 10 garlic cloves
a. small pieces of cinnamon
b. cloves
4. 1/4 tea spoon coriander seeds
a. tea spoon cumin seeds
b. to 3 onions (paste)
c. tea spoon dhana jeera POWDER
5. 1/4 TEA SPOON TURMERIC POWDER
a. TEA SPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
b. tea spoon garam masala
c. piece tomato gravy
6. 100 Gms. cashewnuts,magatari seeds, and khus khus paste
7. 1 tea spoon butter
8. 1 cup water
9. 1/4 cup milk
a. table spoons mawa
b. table spoons fresh cream
10. 1 tea spoon salt
a. cups white gravy
11. 100 grams cashew nuts
12. ghee
a. cup cream


Method of Preparation:
Mix ginger, chilles, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds. Grind all these ingredients to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Fry the paste for 5 minutes. Add onion paste. Fry again for few minutes. Add salt, dhana jeera powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook on a low flame till it becomes brown.
Add the freshly pureed tomatoes. Cook till dry and oil separates. Add cashew nuts, magatri seeds and khus khus paste. Fry for another 4 to 5 minutes till oil separates. Add butter and enough water.
Add milk when the mixture starts boiling. Stir constantly so that the milk does not curdle. If the milk curdles, then beat the gravy well with the hand mixer. Simmer on low flame. Add mawa and fresh cream. Mix well. Remove it from the flame.

Khoya kaju Preparation:
Heat the ghee. Fry the cashews in ghee till they become golden brown in color.
Add them to the white gravy. Beat the cream well. While serving, add more cream. Serve hot.
