Indian Cooking Recipe: Mung Dal Chilla
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Mung Dal Chilla
Ingredients:
1. 10 slice - Bread - cut in round shape
2. 1/2 (half) cup - Mung Dal - soak & make paste
3. 1/4 (half) cup - Cabbage - finely cut
4. 1 Medium size - Capsicum - finely cut
a. Large - Tomato
5. 1/4 table spoon - Aji-no-Moto
a. table spoon - Salt
6. As per the taste - Chilli Sauce
7. 1/2 table spoon - white Pepper powder
a. table spoon - Chilli paste
b. table spoon - Onion finely cut
c. Medium size - Spring Onion finely cut
8. 1 Medium size - Cloves Garlic paste
Method of Preparation:
Churn the remnants of the bread, which are left after cutting them into round shape,
Mix all of the above ingredients except the round cut bread slices and prepare filling. Put some filling on bread slices and roast on non stick pan in butter. Serve hot with sauce and chutney
