Indian Cooking Recipe: Parsi Salli Kheema
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Parsi Salli Kheema
Ingredients:
1. 400 gm lamb mince
2. 10 gm turmeric
3. 50 gm ginger garlic paste
4. Salt
5. 50 ml oil
a. gm cardamom
b. gm cinnamon
c. gm cloves
6. 5 gm cumin seeds
7. 10 gm garlic
8. 100 gm onions
9. 100 gm tomatoes
10. 05 gm green chilies
11. 05 gm turmeric
12. 05 chili powder
13. 20 gm coriander powder
14. 05 gm garam masala powder
15. 20 gm coriander leaves
16. 75 gm apricot puree
17. 20 gm mint leaves
18. Potato straws
Method of Preparation:
For the preparation, boil the lamb mince with turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt. Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, coriander leaves and mint.
Slit the green chilies lengthwise. For cooking, heat the oil and add the cardamom, cinnamon and the cloves. Add the cumin seeds and when they crackle add garlic and Sauté until golden. Add the onions and brown slightly, add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Sauté for 5 minutes on a slow flame and add the boiled lamb mince. Cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Serve garnished with potato straws.
To make potato straws, cut the potatoes into match stick size and deep fry them.
