Indian Cooking Recipe: Onion Thumbli
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Onion Thumbli
Ingredients:
1. Onions 2
2. Coconut gratings 1 cup
3. Roasted red chillies 3
4. Tamarind 1 ball marble size
5. Oil 2 tsps
6. Salt to taste
7. Water
Method of Preparation:
Peel the onions and chop very fine. Grind the coconut gratings with the roasted red chillies and tamarind to a fine paste. Transfer the masala serving dish. Add salt to taste and desired quantity of water. Mix raw oil and chopped onions. Goes well with steamed rice.
