Indian Cooking Recipe: Puliyogare
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Puliyogare
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup rice
2. 1-2 tbsp puliyogare Mix (Masala Available In the Super store)
3. Salt to taste
4. 3 tbsps oil
5. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
6. 1 tbsp peanuts
7. 1/2 tsp black gram
8. 1/2 tsp bengal gram
9. 1/2 tsp asafeotida
10. 6 curry leaves
11. 1 tbsp jeera
12. 1 tsp fenugreek seds
13. 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
Method of Preparation:
Cook rice and cool it. Heat oil in a saucepan, add mustard seeds, when it pops add peanuts, bengal gram and black gram. Cook for a few seconds until lightly browned. Add asafeotida, curry leaves and fry for few seconds. Remove from the heat. Add rice, puliyogare mix, and roasted powder, salt and mix well. Serve cold.
