Indian Cooking Recipe: Rava Dosa
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Rava Dosa
Ingredients:
1. 1-1/2 cups rava (semolina)
2. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3. 1/2 cup rice flour
4. 1 cup yogurt
5. 1 chopped, onion
6. 3 green chilies, chopped
7. 1 tbsp chopped, coriander
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil for roasting


Method of Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add little water to make a batter as for the consistency of dosa. Keep the batter for 1 hour. Heat the griddle and grease it with little oil. Pour a ladleful of batter over the griddle and spread it to form a circle. Pour a teaspoonful of oil around the edges. Cover with the lid and cook for few minutes until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
