The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Ripe Mango And Pineapple In Coconut Gravy
Ingredients:
1. Mango 1, ripe and cut into small pieces
2. Pineapple 1 cut into small pieces
3. Apple 1 cut into small pieces
4. Grapes a handful
5. Coconut grated 1/4
6. Roasted red chilli 1
7. Tamarind a pinch
8. Jaggery a small piece, crushed
9. Mustard 1 tsp


Method of Preparation:
Grind coconut, red chilli, tamarind and mustard to a fairly smooth paste. Add to the cut fruits. (If the pineapple is sour, then boil it with jaggery). Chill before serving. Add salt and jaggery and serve.
