Indian Cooking Recipe: Shammi Kababs
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Shammi Kababs
Ingredients:
1. 1 kg minced meat
2. ¼ kg channa dal
3. 15-20 cloves of garlic
4. 6 cardamoms
5. 2 pieces of cinnamon
6. 1 tbsp jeera
7. 2 inch piece of ginger
8. 2 large onions
9. 8 pepper corns
10. 10 red chillies
11. 8 cloves
12. Salt to taste
13. 2 eggs
14. Chopped onion
15. Green chillies


Method of Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except eggs, chopped onions and green chillies. Add 2 glasses water and boil. Simmer till water is completely absorbed and meat is tender. Grind well. Add 2 raw eggs to the paste and mix. Shape in small-flattened balls of kababs. Fill with finely chopped onions and green chillies. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney and lemon twist.
