Indian Cooking Recipe: Shell Fish Dry
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Shell Fish Dry
Ingredients:
1. Shell fish, cleaned and halved, 100
2. Red chillies 10, roasted
3. Pepper 8 corns
4. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
5. Jeera 1/4 tsp
6. Methi 1/4 tsp
7. Saunf a pinch
8. Onion 1/4
9. Garlic 4 flakes
10. Coconut 1/4 grated
11. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
12. Tamarind 1 marble size
13. Onion 1 chopped for seasoning


Method of Preparation:
Grind all the roasted items along with turmeric, tamarind, onion and garlic to a smooth paste. Add the coconut gratings at the end and grind further to get a coarse paste. Reserve the water in which the stone has been washed. Place a thick bottomed pan on fire. Heat oil and fry the chopped onions till brown. Add the coarse coconut paste at the end and cook till dry.
