Tambuli Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Tambuli
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Tambuli
Ingredients:
1. 15-20 dodd pathre leaves (or any green eatable leaves)
2. 1 tbsp ghee
3. 1 tbsp jeera
4. 6-8 pepper corns
5. 1/2 cup grated coconut
6. 1 tsp tamarind juice
7. 1 cup thick yoghurt
8. Salt to taste
9. 1 tsp oil
10. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
11. 1 long sprig curry leaves


Method of Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera, pepper fry it light brown, and add dodd pathre leaves fry till light brown. Grind fried mixture with coconut, tamarind and little water to a fine paste. Put ground paste in a bowl add yogurt, salt and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add seasonings when it starts to split, stir into the yogurt mix. Serve with rice.
