Indian Cooking Recipe: Yarchi Nad Kanne
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Yarchi Nad Kanne
Ingredients:
1. Mutton bones with a little meat over them 1/2 kg
2. Chopped onion 1 large
3. Chopped tomatoes 2 big
4. Pepper corns powdered coarsely 1 tbsp
5. Garlic chopped 1 full
6. Oil 1 tbsp
7. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
8. Water 4 cups
9. Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Place pressure cooker on fire. Pour in the oil. When hot put in onion, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper powder, mutton bones and water. Pressure cook for 20minutes. If the water is less, add more and make it into a broth. Serve hot.
