Indian Cooking Recipe: Akhrot kee Chutney
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Akhrot kee Chutney
Ingredients:
a. cup shelled and picked walnuts
2. 1/2 cup fresh yogurt, whipped until smooth
3. 4-5 Kashmiri red chilies
4. 1/8 tsp. garam masala
5. 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
6. salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Grind the walnuts and the whole red chilies into a paste in a food processor.
Mix yogurt, garam masala, salt and sugar into the paste and process for another minute.
Chill before serving
