The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Pache Rass
Ingredients:
1. 6 mutton trotters
a. tsp aniseed powder
2. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
3. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Put the mutton trotters with the aniseed powder, black pepper powder and salt in a pan. Add eight large cups water and cook for one hour. Strain into soup bowls and serve hot.
