Indian Cooking Recipe: Ranith Gada
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Ranith Gada
Ingredients:
1. Fish 2 kg
2. Mustard oil 2 cups
3. Red chilli powder 1 tbs
4. Ginger powder 2 tsp
5. Turmeric 1 tsp
6. Aniseed powder 1 tsp
7. Cloves 3
8. Asafetida a pinch
9. Garam masala 1 tbs
10. Jeera 1 tsp
11. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Clean and scrape out the fish nicely. Cut each fish into 3 pieces. Fry the fish pieces in oil till golden brown. Keep aside. Take a vessel and pour 1 litre water, all the ingredients except garam masala and the oil left after frying the fish. Stir well and bring to a boil. Add fried fish pieces and cook on medium heat till the gravy thickens and oil separates. Sprinkle garam masala. Stir well and remove from fire. Serve with rice.
