Indian Cooking Recipe: Appam
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Appam
Ingredients:
1. Rice flour 1kg
2. Yeast 5kg
3. Coconut milk ½ ltr
4. Sugar for taste
5. Salt for taste
6. Water according to consistency
7. Kappa 100g (tapioca)
Method of Preparation:
Mix together rice flour, water, yeast and "kappi". It should be in thick consistency.
Let the above mixture ferment for one night (6 hour)
Add the Sugar, Salt and Coconut milk to the fermented mixture and make a pouring consistency. And make dosa from this Mix
The appam can be made in traditional Appachatti. (Traditional Vessel)
