Indian Cooking Recipe: Beef Cutlets
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Beef Cutlets
Ingredients:
1. 500 gms beef, minced
2. 500 gms potatoes
3. 3 onions, chopped
4. 1 small piece ginger, chopped
5. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
6. 2 green chillies, chopped
7. ˝ cup chopped coriander leaves
8. 1 tsp garam masala
9. 2 eggs, beaten
10. 1 cup breadcrumbs
11. Oil to fry
12. Salt & pepper to taste


Method of Preparation:
Cook minced beef with chopped garlic, ginger and chillies. Add salt and pepper to taste and keep aside. Boil potatoes and once cool, mash well.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, and sauté onion. Then add garam masala, mashed
potatoes, minced beef and coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from fire. Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them. Dip in beaten egg and pat in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
