Irachi Achaar Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Irachi Achaar
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Irachi Achaar
Ingredients:
1. Meat without bones 2 kgs
2. Ginger 30 gms
3. Ginger 30 gms
4. Turmeric 2 big pieces
5. Chilli powder 5 tsp
6. Mustard 1 tsp
7. Jeera 1 tsp
8. Sesame seeds oil 2 cup (Til oil)
9. Vinegar 500 gms
10. Curry leaves, a few
11. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Slice the cleaned meat thinly and chop one side without separating the pieces. Cook it in 50 gms Of vinegar, 50 gms Of water and salt. Fry the meat in any oil you like and drain the oil by keeping it in a colander. Grind ginger, garlic, turmeric, mustard, jeera and chilli powder using vinegar. Splutter the curry leaves in oil and then fry the masala well. Add the meat and vinegar and stir well till the masala is properly mixed. Pour liquid salt to taste. Boil the whole thing on a very low fire till the gravy is thick. Bottle it when cold.
