Kadachakka Varutharachu Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Kadachakka Varutharachu
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Kadachakka Varutharachu
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 kg potato/kadachakka (bread fruit), cut into small cubes
2. ½ tsp chilli powder
3. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
4. 2 tsps coriander powder
5. 1 tsp garam masala
6. 1 cup coconut milk (optional)
7. 1/3 onion, cut into small pieces
8. 2 green chillies (optional), cut long
9. Oil for frying
10. Salt to taste
11. Mustard seeds
12. Curry leaves (optional)


Method of Preparation:
Heat oil, fry mustard seeds, add onion, green chillies and curry leaves, stir until it turns light brown. Then add salt, all the powders and masala, stir until it turns brown, then add coconut milk and vegetables, stir well, cover it and cook until well cooked. (If not adding coconut milk, add a cup of water instead). It is ready to serve!
