Indian Cooking Recipe: Muringakkool Chor
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Muringakkool Chor
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup rice
2. 4 drumsticks, cut in to 3-inch pieces
3. 1 tsp jeera
4. 1 tsp garam masala powder
5. 4 green chillies, finely sliced
6. ¼ tsp ginger, finely cut
7. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
8. 2 tsps oil
9. 2 tsps ghee
10. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Cook drumstick pieces in water, salt and turmeric powder till they are soft about 30 minutes. Cool, remove pulp and set aside. Wash and soak rice for half an hour in 2 cups of water. Drain rice and reserve water. In a pan heat oil and ghee, and splutter jeera. Add garam masala, chillies and ginger. Add rice and fry for 3 Minutes. Finally add drumstick pulp and mix well. Add reserved Water and salt and cook on a slow fire till rice is done.
