Pachadi Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Pachadi
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Pachadi
Ingredients:
1. 1 - 2 raw mango & cucumber, cut into small cubical pieces
2. ½ onion, cut into small pieces
3. 2 - 3 green chillies, cut round, 1cm thick
4. 2 tsps dessicated or shredded coconut or 1 cup coconut milk
5. ¼ tsp fenugreek powder
6. 1 shallots, cut into round, thin slices
7. 1 red chilli
8. oil
9. salt
10. mustard seeds
11. Curry leaves (optional)
12. Yogurt


Method of Preparation:
Put vegetales, onion, green chillies, coconut, coconut milk, fenugreek powder, and salt in a vessel, add a cup of water, stir well, cover it and cook in a medium flame, until it is well cooked. Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, then add shallots and red chilli and curry leaves, and add to the above mixture when shallots turn brown and chilli is well fried. Whip the yogurt well and add that too. Stir well, and pachadi is ready!
