Indian Cooking Recipe: Pazham Pori
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Pazham Pori
Ingredients:
1. Nenthrappazham 2 nos (Big Banana - used for chips)
2. Maida 1/2 cup
3. Sugar 1 tsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Oil for shallow frying


Method of Preparation:
Make batter with maida, sugar, salt and little water. The batter should not be watery. Cut nenthrappazham into four pieces. Heat a frying pan with 2 - 3 tsp oil. Dip each piece into the batter and place it on the pan and shallow fry both the sides.
