Spicy Tapioca Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Spicy Tapioca
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Spicy Tapioca
Ingredients:
1. Kappa 1 kg, (tapioca)
2. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
3. Green chillies 5
4. Garlic 5
5. Jeera 1/2 tsp
6. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
7. coconut oil 2 tsp
8. Dried red chillies 2
9. curry leaves
10. Mustard seeds
11. 2 small onion pieces


Method of Preparation:
Peel the kappa and boil till soft (around 15 minutes) in sufficient water after it become soft, stain the water. Make the paste of jeera, garlic, grated coconut, green chillies and add the paste in boiled kappa along with the turmeric powder. Put a pan on stove and pour the coconut oil and boil the oil in medium fire. After 1 minute, add the mustard seeds, onion pieces, dried red chillies, curry leaves and fry all the ingredients 1/2 minute. Pour this mixture into tapioca and mix well.
