Indian Cooking Recipe: Tender Coconut Souffle
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Tender Coconut Souffle
Ingredients:
1. Tender coconut 1
2. Sugar 80gms
3. Milk 300ml
4. Gelatine 10gm
5. Egg white 2
6. Coconut extract 25ml
7. Rose essence 2 drops
8. Milk cream 25ml
9. Corn flour 10gms


Method of Preparation:
Mix cream, sugar with half the egg white and corn flour. Add boiled milk gradually. Cook in double boiler until the custard is thick. Add gelatine dissolved in warm water strain and cool. Add coconut extract, essence, cream, tender coconut and stiffly beaten white of egg. Put into a mould and set in refrigerator.
