Kolhapuri Fish Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Kolhapuri Fish
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Kolhapuri Fish
Ingredients:
1. 1Kg: Fish filleted and cubed 2. 2/3 cup: Yoghurt 3. 1up: Chopped tomato 4. 1cup: Chopped onions 5. 2tsp: Garlic paste 6. Grated coconut
7. 1tsp: Turmeric powder 8. 3tsp: Chilli powder a. 1/2 tsp: Salt or to taste b. Lemon juice
9. Oil
a. Bay leaf
b. Broken cinnamon
10. 6 no: Cloves 11. Crushed black pepper
12. Tsp: Oil 13. Coriander leaves for garnish


Method of Preparation:
Mix turmeric, chilli powder, and garlic paste, salt and lemon juice into the yoghurt and marinate fish in it for 10 minutes.
Heat oil; add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and onions. Sauté till onions are soft. Add coconut and sauté till a light brown.
Add tomatoes and cook till access water dries. Blend the whole mixture in a blender.
Heat the rest of the oil and add the fish. Stir fry over high heat till opaque. Add the ground paste and simmer over low heat till fish is cooked through. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
