Indian Cooking Recipe: Subz Pakoda
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Subz Pakoda
Ingredients:
1. 100 gm: Egg plant
2. 100 gm: Potatoes
3. 100 gm: Cauliflower
4. 100 gm: Onions
5. Batter
6. 200 gm: Gram flour
7. 05 gm: Red chilli powder
8. 05 gm: Turmeric
9. 03 gm: Crushed cumin
10. 02 gm: Soda bi-carb
11. Oil for deep frying
12. Chaat masala
13. Salt
14. Water
Method of Preparation:
Make a thick batter with water, flour, and red chilli powder, and cumin, turmeric, and salt and soda bi-carb.
Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
