Indian Cooking Recipe: Mirch Ka Salaan
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Mirch Ka Salaan
Ingredients:
1. Ten large sized fat green chillies
2. Mustard seeds: Half a teaspoon 3. Kalonji: Half a teaspoon 4. Fresh cream: One tablespoon 5. Tamarind juice: Four tablespoon 6. Ginger and garlic paste: One tablespoon 7. Jeera powder: One teaspoon 8. Dhaniya


Method of Preparation:
Bring salted water to boil. As the water starts boiling, put the washed, slightly slit chillies marinated for an hour in salt and mustard oil in it and cook for two minutes. Take out.
In a kadai heat refined oil and sprinkle mustard seeds. And put ginger garlic paste stir it for a while and put kalonji in it and leave for 10-20 seconds and add the chilies and stir it well after removing from fire garnish it with fresh cream and serve hot or cold.
