Indian Cooking Recipe: Nariel Na Dudh Ma Randhelu Cauliflower
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Nariel Na Dudh Ma Randhelu Cauliflower
Ingredients:
a. Kg. cauliflower sprigs
b. large coconuts, milk removed
2. 250 Gms. onions, chopped
3. 5 large, whole Kashmiri chilies with stems intact
a. garlic pod
b. bay leaves
c. 1" pieces of cinnamon
d. cardamoms coarsely beaten with a ladle
4. 4" piece celery
a. tomatoes skinned and deseeded
5. oil for cooking
6. salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Wash the cauliflower sprigs well and check that no worms adhere to it. Place the finely chopped onions in a pan and add half cup oil and fry till golden brown.
Add the garlic cloves coarsely crushed, the spices and whole chilies and lower flame. Then toss in the cauliflower sprigs, tomatoes and the celery cut into 1" pieces. Cover and allow simmering over a low flame with 1 cup water. When the water has dried up add the salt, pepper and coconut juice and keep cooking over a low flame till the juice has all been absorbed.
