Indian Cooking Recipe: Tamota Per Indoo
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Tamota Per Indoo
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 kg tomatoes
a. onion, finely sliced
b. onion finely chopped
c. cloves garlic
2. 1/2 cm piece fresh ginger root.
3. 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
a. Tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander.
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
a. dessertspoon vinegar
b. dessertspoon sugar
c. eggs
d. Tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee.


Method of Preparation:
Boil tomatoes in 2 cups water a few minutes till tomatoes are slightly soft.
Remove tomatoes, cool, then peel them and chop them roughly.
In a frying pan, heat the oil or ghee, and then fry 1 finely sliced onion in it till golden.
Grind garlic and ginger to a paste, add to fried onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander and chopped onion and blend well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato pulp and salt and cook, uncovered, till mixture is almost dry.
Add vinegar and sugar and continue cooking till liquid is almost dried.
Put tomato mixture into a pie plate and with the back of a spoon make 4 evenly spaced out dents in the mixture.
Break an egg into each dent, place in medium hot oven and bake till eggs are set. And cut this is in to 4 parts place it on the tomato mix and serve Hot.
