Indian Cooking Recipe: Bhatura
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Bhatura
Ingredients:
1. 500 grams refined flour
a. tablespoons Curds
b. teaspoon Baking powder
2. 7-8 tablespoons Oil
3. Salt
Method of Preparation:
Sieve together the flour, salt and baking powder. Knead into hard dough with curds and a little water. Keep aside for 6 hours.
Roll into small discs and fry in hot oil till they swell up. Serve hot with chhole or potato CURRY.
