Indian Cooking Recipe: Churma 2
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Churma 2
Ingredients:
a. cup (wheat flour)
2. 4 tbsp suji or rawa
3. 5 tbsp ghee
4. 8-9 tbsp powdered sugar
5. 10-12 chopped almonds
6. 10-12 raisins
7. 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
8. Ghee for frying
Method of Preparation:
1. Mix wheat flour, suji, ghee. Make stiff dough with warm water
2. Make flattened balls and deep fry in ghee on medium heat
3. Remove when well browned. Break into pieces. Let it cool a little
4. Coarsely powder in the mixer
5. Mix sugar, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
