Indian Cooking Recipe: Methi Ki Missi Roti
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Methi Ki Missi Roti
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 kg wheat flour, sieved.
a. Spring onions, chopped finely.
b. Tblspns curds, well beaten
c. Tblspns gram flour, sieved.
d. Cup methi leaves, chopped.
2. Ghee.
3. Salt to taste.


Method of Preparation:
Mix wheat flour with gram flour, salt, curds, 1 tbsp ghee, onions and methi leaves.
Mix well. Add enough water to make stiff dough.
Reserve for 30 minutes.
Make into lemon-sized balls.
Roll each into a 12 cms disc.
Cook on a hot greased griddle till browned on both sides.
Serve hot, dotted with butter
