Indian Cooking Recipe: Rajasthani Dal
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Rajasthani Dal
Ingredients:
1. Chana Daal 30 gm
2. Ginger 10 gm
3. Urad Whade Daal 30 gm
4. Garlic 10 mg
5. Salt to taste
6. Green Chilies 5 gm
7. Red chili powder 3 gm
8. Tomatoes 60 gm
9. Turmeric powder 3 gm
10. Cumin seeds 3 gm
11. Onions 50 gm
12. Asafetida A pinch


Method of Preparation:
Pick, wash and soak daal for 30 mins. Place daal in a kadai and add water. Salt and let it boil while removing scum, Peel and chop onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and green chilies and put it in heated oil with cumin seeds and asafetida and cook it. Put this tempering on the daal and mint, Let it cook. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
