Indian Cooking Recipe: Black Gram Thosai
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Black Gram Thosai
Ingredients:
1. 6 tumblers of par boiled rice
2. 2 tumblers of black gram (with black skin)
3. 1 tsp methi seeds
4. salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Soak rice, blackgram and methi seeds together for 2 hrs. Grind for 30 minutes by adding sufficient water but don’t make it too watery. Add salt to taste. Make the batter semi solid. Keep this for overnight toferment. Pour one big spoon full of batter on a greased frying pan (thick layer taste better). Pour 1 tsp of oil on its edges. When the base is golden brown, turn the side and cook well.
