Indian Cooking Recipe: Chicken Fry
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Chicken Fry
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 Kg chicken
2. 1 onion, sliced long
3. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
4. 2 green chillies, finely chopped
5. 3 tsps dhania (coriander) powder
6. 1 tsp garam masala
7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
8. 1 tsp chilli powder
9. A pinch of nutmeg and pepper powder
10. Cilantro leaves (finely chopped)
11. Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies, garam masala powder, and ginger-garlic paste and fry until onions turn golden brown. Add chicken pieces, turmeric, pepper and chilli powders and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Add salt and dhania powder to taste and cook until it is done. Garnish with cilantro.
