Indian Cooking Recipe: Chow Chow Thuvaiyal
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Chow Chow Thuvaiyal
Ingredients:
1. Chow Chow 1 small (any vegetables or Onion)
2. Urad dal 2 tsps
3. Channa dal 1 tsp
4. Dry Red Chillies 4
5. Asafeotida a pinch
6. Tamarind 1 tsp
7. Salt 1/4 tsp


Method of Preparation:
Cut the Chow Chow into small pieces and cook in some water. Drain off the excess water. Do not overcook. Fry the dals, chillies and asafeotida in some oil and grind with the salt and tamarind. Add the cooked vegetable stir fry, after few minutes let it be cool down and grind further into a fine paste. And serve as an additional dish in your main course.
