Masala Vada Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Masala Vada
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Masala Vada
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup toor dal
2. 1/2 cup channa dal
3. 1 tbsp urad dal
4. 1 onion, big and finely chopped
5. 5 red chillies
6. 1" inch piece ginger
7. A few curry leaves
8. Oil for deep frying
9. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Soak all dals together for an hour. Grind all ingredients except onions to a coarse paste. Heat oil for deep frying. Add onions to the paste. Shape like Vada and deep fry. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
