Indian Cooking Recipe: Mint Thuvaiyal
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Mint Thuvaiyal
Ingredients:
1. Urad dal 2 tsps
2. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
3. Dry red chillies 3
4. Salt 1/4 tsp
5. Tamarind 1 tsp
6. Asafeotida a pinch
7. Mint 2 bunches
8. Cooking Oil 1 1/2 tsp


Method of Preparation:
Clean the mint and remove the leaves keep it aside. Fry the dal, pepper, chillies and asafeotida in some oil and keep aside. In the same pan, heat up the remaining oil and fry the mint leaves for some time. Grind all the fried ingredients and the mint along with the salt and tamarind. Serve it as side dish like pickles.
