Indian Cooking Recipe: Nonbu Kozhukattai
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Nonbu Kozhukattai
Ingredients:
1. Rice flour 1 cup
2. Jaggery 3/4 cup
3. Water 2 tbsp
4. Grated coconut 1 tsp
5. cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method of Preparation:
Roast the rice flour in a dry pan. In another pan, dissolve the jaggery in water. Add the rice flour, coconut, cardamom and make into dough. Make the dough into patties and steam in a pressure cooker or in an idli cooker. Serve hot with butter as the side dish.
